It is located from the Canal to 65th and from 15th to 32nd Avenue NW. For the residents of Ballard it is easy walking distance to shops, theater, coffee shops and great resturants all along Market Street. To the East are Sunset Hill homes and Loyal Heights homes are just to the North. The streets are characterized by sidewalks and a neighborhood feel.
